Cuvee Prestige Red Wine Vinegar has a history

This beautifully packaged vinegar would make a great gift or wonderful bottle to sit in any kitchen. BUT It not only looks good it is made with great care and skill. Count Andrea Czarnocki Lucheschi makes this and many other vinegars at his estate in Veneto. He grows grapes on his estate for the sole purpose of producing vinegar.

His specialty is aged wine vinegars produced with an acetobacteria that has an amazing family history involving war and hardship. He prefers to use a historical method whereby no heat or chemicals are applied and the vinegars are placed into hardwood barrels to reduce and mature. They have a natural sweetness and mulitilayered taste and aroma not found commonly. The deep red vinegar has elegant spicy notes and sits at around 5% acidity.
