Pasta Mancini is made on the family farm in Marche. The purpose built facility contains a mill, a storage facility for grain and a pasta making wing. This is truely paddock to plate pasta using modern well thought out methods. Each ingredient can be traced to the source and is made slowly using no unnecessary heat, just long drying times. This retains a beautiful taste and texture.
