Chiodini Mushrooms in Oil. These tiny yellow mushrooms are often known as Nail or Tack mushrooms. They grow in tiny bunches, but here they are separated into tiny "nail" like mushrooms that are preserved in vinegar and oil. Theses are a rare mushroom often collected in forests and have been a favourite for mushroom hunters over the years in Italy.
They are great as part of a salad, as a garnish or in pasta or risotto. Put them on top of your next Mushroom soup, Risotto, gnocchi or steak. They have a nice texture and are thoughtfully marinated and seasoned.
