Miele Thun honeys are produced in Trentino from honey collected from the valleys of Orange Blossoms in this region in April. Miele Thuns honeys are known as monofloral as they collect only the honey from the very middle of the season (using the spare honey fron making mead and vinegar). This means the honey is from only the one flower , in this case zorange blossoms.
It's pure flavour is what makes this honey very special. The honey is hand collected and made in small batches and has earned a bit of a name in the "Artisan" area.
It's a pearly white honey, Its fragrance is clearly reminiscent of orange blossom. Perfect for all kinds of things and will make a lovely syrup base for cocktails and dressings.
