Biscotti all'Limon or Lemon Cookies are made by Dorotea a well regarded Biscottificio in Montaquila. It's a small town in the Province of Iseria in Southern Italy about a 2 hour drive from Rome.
The biscuits are made following recipes that were developed by Maurizio Massaro, who began baking in 2005. The company has grown and produces using selected automation that will allow him to continue baking to suit the recipes that made his product unique. He remains dedicated to using wholefoods like butter, free range eggs, milk and natural fruit bases that make up the fillings inside the crunchy outer shortbread shell. Biscuits are baked to order.
